Silvia has been a Pilates student for over 20 years. After a knee injury, her doctor recommended that she practice this method, and she has not stopped training since then. After many years of classes and self-taught research, she decided to take a step further. She took several courses in Uruguay, but felt the need to deepen her knowledge, so she continued her training in Argentina and Brazil.
In 2020 she began her training with Érica Almodovar, and in 2021 she was certified as a Third Generation Instructor at Authentic Pilates Learning Center. Today, Silvia continues to train weekly with Érica Almodovar, thus maintaining her knowledge and skills at the highest level.
Silvia has her studio in Uruguay, where she teaches classes for regular students and offers training courses. In addition, she teaches online classes for students from other countries. Her Pilates studio is the first Classical Pilates studio in Uruguay.
